If you are a female, chances are you are looking for anyway you can find to lose weight. I personally have tried so many different things that I cannot even begin to tell you all of them. Nothing seems to work and if it does work I end up gaining the weight back after I stop whatever it was I was doing to lose. This is typical for most women.
