    • 1). Take several photos with your Polaroid i1036 camera. Make sure that each image overlaps the one preceding it. For example, if there is a tree at the left edge of the first photo, align the second photo so that the tree appears in the right edge. This will give the software a frame of reference when stitching the photos together.

    • 2). Click the "Start" button and type "Photo Gallery" into the search box, then click "Windows Live Photo Gallery" in the search results.

    • 3). Connect your camera to the computer and click the "Home" tab, then click "Import." Choose your camera from the list and click "Import" and choose "Import all new items now," then click "Next." Add names and tags if you desire, then click "Import."

    • 4). Click the "Create" tab and select the photos you wish to use for the panoramic photo and click "Panorama." The software will align the photos automatically. The resulting image will often contain blocklike edges that you may wish to crop out.

    • 5). Click the "Edit" tab and click "Crop." Click-and-drag the crop box until none of the rough edges are within the box and click "Apply."
