How to Set an Input Level Control
- 1). Power on your computer and click the "Start" button on the desktop and select "Control Panel."
- 2). Double-click the "Sounds and Audio Devices" icon in the Control Panel window. This opens the Sound and Audio Devices Properties window.
- 3). Select the "Audio" tab and click the "Volume" button under "Sound recording."
- 4). Slide the volume level control up to increase the recording volume, or slide it down to decrease the recording volume.
- 5). Click the "X" button in the upper right corner of the volume control to exit out. Click "Apply" in the Sound and Audio Devices Properties to accept the changes. Click "OK" and close out the window.
