Gaining Energ Naturally Without a Crash

Nowadays it seems that many people have way too much on their plate. The resource that is time is really the most valuable resource available that many folks consisting of me as well wish we had more of. Maybe you can relate but speaking of myself usually everyday I have a to do list which is fairly large and I get a lot done but I always wish I could do more.

Then approaches the moment when you feel completely drained of energy. The only thing that you’re motivated to do is pick up the remote control turn on the tube that sucks your brain and relax. What I am talking about boys and girls is how we can get more of the good energy without the crash.

If you do have experience with energy drinks I know that I used to experience a crash afterwards. Probably cause there is a lot of sugar in them. This brings me to my next point about sugar which basically if you consume too much at once sure you will get energy quickly however there will be a crash afterwards meaning your energy level will drop a lot. Another point I would like to make is that carbohydrates is sugar; unless there is lots of fiber you’re going to experience a sugar rush.

As you can probably guess another major reason a person gets drained of energy has to do with because they didn't get enough sleep. When a person sleeps they let their bodies heal and recharge which is why it’s so important. If your body doesn’t get enough sleep at night the next day you will feel the effects and you will not have enough energy.

Another very common reason a person may not have enough energy has to do with dehydration. If someone is dehydrated it can mean that they have less oxygen in their blood stream which may contribute to their lack of energy.

So instead of reaching for a energy drink or the remote control if your feeling a little bit lazy alternately reach for a big glass of water and see what that does. Lastly as you can probably guess if you’re sitting around too much and not moving around you’re probably going to feel less energetic.

Objects in motion tend to stay in motion as the famous saying goes. Stretching and going for a walk helps me with feeling better. If you can walk outdoors in nature that is an extra bonus since all the elements and clean air I would imagine would help as well.
