If you need tips on how to lose some weight, you're talking to the right girl.
I spent years obsessing over fad diets, protein shakes, protein bars and even diet pills.
But none of those worked and my frustration kept growing and growing.
Finally, I decided to try new methods that I had been too scared to try (or maybe too lazy).
Either way, once I started listening to experts who focused more on the topic of loving one's body instead of only focusing on losing weight, I was able to start getting rid of the fat! Now I'm fitting into my old jeans and I'm more confident than I have ever felt.

Do not, I repeat, do not diet.
The word diet immediately makes your brain stress out and will result only result in feelings of guilt.
Instead, use common sense! Don't eat at fast food restaurants and eat a lot of green - lettuce, green beans, green olives, etc.
And I don't really have to tell you to stay away from junk food right? 2.
Exercising is important, but you don't have to run a marathon or lift weights like a body builder.
In fact, all you have to do is get your heart rate up 3 times a week.
And it doesn't matter how you do it! 3.
Finally, spend some time in bed! This is my favorite weight-loss trick.
Studies have shown that people who are overweight do not get 7 hours of sleep at night.
So get in bed and stay in there for at least 7 hours! And those, my friends, are my tips on how to lose some weight.
They are not complicated and can be done by anyone who puts a little time and effort into it.
