How to Make Daisy Centerpieces
- 1). Clean and thoroughly dry the glass candleholders.
- 2). Plug in your hot glue gun and prepare it for use, following the manufacturer's instructions carefully.
- 3). Wrap a piece of ribbon around the votive candleholder to measure. Allow two extra inches for the bow and cut the ribbon to the desired length. Fold both ends in half and cut at an angle to form a “V” shape.
- 4). Use your hot glue gun to attach the ribbon around the votive holder. Fold the extra ribbon down on each side and glue it into place, this will form the bow behind the daisy.
- 5). Attach the daisy to the center of the bow formed in step 4. Make sure the petals won’t touch the candle or wick itself as to avoid a fire hazard.
- 6). Insert your votive candle into the holder and light.
- 7). Place your candle on a table covered with a white tablecloth and scatter loose daisies around for a fresh, spring feel.
