I never leave my home with out it.  My Burt's Bees Lip Shimmer. It conditions, and highlights lips with natural ingredients like vitamin E and coconut and sunflower oils.  You can choose from twelve, all natural shades: Peony, Caramel, Champagne, Raisin, Merlot, Rhubarb, Watermelon, Nutmeg, Fig, Cocoa, Guava and Papaya. My personal favorite Lip Shimmer is Champagne.
