Blog Flipping | Site Profits

Blog flipping is about how to do it right and with my e-book. If I can convince a 18 year-old teenager who know nothing about internet marketing and HTML to sell his first site for $200+ and a 35 year-old unemployed dad to make over $3,200 a month; my e-book speaks for itself. Sites sell anywhere from $10 to over $100,000 depending on many factors.

Create a unique, interesting and information rich content around those highly targeted keywords and post on your blog or a website. Over the time, this highly targeted content will divert highly targeted buyers traffic to your website or a blog from the search engines.

Depending on how you go about it, you can sell for $300+ every time WITHOUT traffic, revenue, or a killer domain. I've done it a ton, on a fairly regular basis, and I'm not the only one. Depending on the size of the sale, I believe a 6 week to 3 month salary bonus is appropriate compensation for valuable employees. In addition, offering good references and suggestions or leads to other opportunities will be appreciated.

Blog flipping has received some lime-light in the past few years. So many people have made a living with flipping. Blog and websites have gone past the days of writing code. In fact, most have gone past the days in intense and laborious design. Websites and blogs can also generate income and that's why it is possible to sell your website or a blog. And well, yes what I like about the web properties is, even if they don't generate any kind of income, you can still sell them for profits.

Some people earn just a little extra pocket money by flipping sites as a hobby and others earn a full time income by flipping blogs full time. Whether you do this as a hobby or as a business will determine how much income you will make. If you plan to use blog flipping as an income source then you must be prepared to put in the work. An income of $50 is enough to sell the website for a value equal to ten times its revenue.

While there are many ways a site can be monetized to generate revenue; the simplest is through the Google adsense program and by promoting affiliate products. It is one thing to tell a potential buyer the monthly gross income; it is a completely different thing to show them exactly what the net income is and how it is obtained each month. Keep good records of your website expenditures and the income received from those investments.
