Now that Modern Warfare 2 has come out (and been out for around 2 months) I feel that it's time to take a look at what the best Killstreak(s) is in the game.
First of all, let's take a look at the Tactical Nuke.
While the Tactical Nuke wins the game and kills everyone on the opposing team (as well as on your team), it is certainly not the most fun Killstreak, and as it requires 25 kills to reach it I can't honestly say that it's my personal favourite.
The Chopper Gunner is hailed by many as the ultimate Killstreak.
Since it only needs 11 kills to be used (and it can be accessed randomly via Care Packages).
It is hard to disagree with this, as it can often rack up 10+ kills with relative ease.
Care Packages are one of my favourite Killstreaks to use, but for the fact that the kills that you get from using a Care Package don't go towards your current Killstreak (this sounds confusing, and it is!) However, the Care Package is great fun because you never know what you're going to get in there.
It could be a simple UAV, or it could be a Chopper Gunner or an AC130.
The other thing that makes the Care Package so attractive is the fact that you can use it to kill people and even to take out aircraft.
Once you've thrown the canister a small helicopter will fly past and drop a container in the spot where the canister landed.
If this box happens to land on an enemy you'll receive a kill for it! Be careful not to get too close to the falling box, however, as it will kill you also if it lands on you!
