A Michael Jackson Fan Discovers How to Beat Bad Breath After Listening to "Beat It"

Tony suffered from chronic bad breath since childhood and throughout the years has endured all kinds of demoralizing abuses due to his foul-smelling breath.
He couldn't speak to anyone without worrying constantly about his breath and this made him terribly depressed.
His emotional well-being was further deteriorated whenever people offered him breath mints.
One day, he thought to himself: I can't take this anymore! I must learn how to beat bad breath once and for all!" Apparently, Tony is a big fan of Michael Jackson but he hadn't listened to the singer's hits for quite some time.
So one day, he decided to listen to Michael Jackson's "Beat It" and the lyrics in the song made Tony even more determined to gain complete control over his depressing condition.
Part of the lyrics that really hit home with Tony was this: "You want to stay alive, better do what you can.
So beat it, just beat it" Thanks to the song, Tony embarked on an intensive breath malodor research.
He read all kinds of books, reports, and articles related to halitosis.
To his surprise, he discovered that one of the reasons why his problem persists was due to his love of drinking fruit juices like orange and grapefruit! Although these fruit juices provide many health benefits, their acidic content prohibit halitosis sufferers from consuming them regularly.
According to Tony's research, acids are able to multiply bacteria at a fairly quick rate.
Since halitosis sufferers possess naturally high levels of anaerobic oral bacteria, they should reduce their intake of citrus beverages.
He also found out that another good way on how to beat bad breath is to decrease consumption of foods that are protein dense.
Such foods contain certain amino acids that comprise of sulfur which boost oral bacteria output for smelly waste by-products.
When these waste by-products gel with one's breath, halitosis occurs and remains round the clock! This information was a revelation for Tony; therefore he decided to lessen his beef and chicken consumption each day.
Better yet, he actually consumed more vegetables daily and even chewed on fresh parsley and peppermint leaves periodically.
Tony was happy to learn that these plants help minimize odorous breath.
When it came to daily oral cleaning, the information that Tony gained from his research made him realized that all this while, his oral hygiene practices were very poor.
He seldom flossed, never scrapes his tongue and used alcohol-based mouth washes exclusively.
So Tony made a few changes to his oral hygiene habits.
He did such a good job that after a week, he noticed a positive difference in his breath! This is because he scraped his tongue daily and flossed before brushing resulting in his special "bad breath paste" fully penetrating in between his gums and teeth to reduce oral bacteria.
Speaking of paste, Tony's dissatisfaction with commercial oral care products that only masked his odorous breath briefly, led him to use a home made one comprising of natural materials.
Tony was extremely happy with the results and he thanked the late Michael Jackson for providing him the strength and determination to find the appropriate methods on how to beat bad breath.
