- 1). Enroll in the Air Miles Reward Program online or over the phone at shell.ca. Air Miles is a Canadian rewards card from Shell gas stations that enables you to earn air miles for every Shell purchase you make. Once you enroll you will receive a card that features your collector number.
- 2). Retrieve your collector card with your collector number through the mail. Your card arrives two to three weeks after you enroll for the Air Miles program.
- 3). Call the Air Miles Service Center at 888-247-6453 Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. You can obtain your collector number in minutes by speaking to a service center representative and providing your name and personal information.
