    • 1). Squeeze the tennis ball and hold the grip for up to 90 seconds.

    • 2). Repeat until your forearm starts to burn. Rotate the exercise between hands. Quit after three repetitions with each hand.

    • 3). Sit up and bend your arm at a 90-degree angle. Hold the tennis ball with your palm facing up. Squeeze the tennis ball for three seconds and then relax. Repeat 10 times on each hand and then do three more repetitions.
