How to Change a Light in a Frigidaire FRS6R3JWO Fridge
- 1). Unplug the Frigidaire refrigerator power cord from the outlet. Open the refrigerator or freezer door, depending on the light bulb you are replacing.
- 2). Press the top and bottom of the light cover for the light above the crisper with your fingers, if replacing the crisper light. Pull the cover away from the bulb area. The light bulb for the main refrigerator compartment is under the control console, and the bulb for the freezer compartment is under the right rear of the ice container.
- 3). Turn the bulb counterclockwise with your fingers until you completely unscrew it from the socket. Thread a new appliance bulb that is the same wattage as the previous bulb into the socket until it is tight.
- 4). Place the bottom tabs of the cover into the slots above the rear of the crisper, if replacing the crisper light. Push the upper part of the cover toward the rear of the refrigerator until it snaps into place. Plug the power cord into the outlet.
