How to Paint Plastic Paneling

1). Clean the plastic panel with soap and warm water. Remove all dirt and debris from both sides of the plastic paneling and allow the paneling to dry completely.
2). Spray one coat of the acrylic primer over both sides of the plastic paneling and allow the primer to dry for about 45 minutes. Apply one more coat of primer to the paneling. Allow the second coat of primer to dry for two hours in a clean area.
3). Spray one coat of the acrylic spray paint to both sides of the plastic paneling and allow the paneling to dry for 1 1/2 hour. Apply one more coat of spray after the paneling has dried and allow that coat of paint to dry for two hours. Apply the last coat of paint to the paneling and allow the paneling to dry overnight in a clean area.
