    • 1). Right-click the Start button logo on your task bar, then click "Properties."

    • 2). Click "Start Menu" on the list of tabs.

    • 3). Click "Customize" next to the currently selected Start menu layout.

    • 4). Place a check mark next to "Run command" on the list of Start menu items. Click "OK," to save the setting.

    • 5). Click the Start button, then click "Run."

    • 6). Type a command in the Run box, such as "services.msc," to access a list of system services or "cmd" to open a Command Prompt. Press "Enter," to execute the command.
