How to Double the Size of a Taskbar
- 1). Right-click on your taskbar. Verify that the "Lock the Taskbar" option has no check to the left of its entry. If this option is currently checked, click it to disable the "Lock the Taskbar" option.
- 2). Place your mouse cursor on the very top edge of the taskbar. Your icon will change from a regular pointer to a vertical line. Left-click on this location one time.
- 3). Drag your mouse cursor upwards across your monitor. This will increase the size of your taskbar in specific increments. After the taskbar has increased in size by one increment, release the left mouse button. You have doubled the size of your taskbar.
