So are you ready to have the body of your life in 2008? Well let me tell you what's needed, there are three elements Mental Power/Goals - Nutrition - Exercise.
So, how to see those six pack abs, and guess what? We all have them.
How to lose fat weight, how to gain lean weight, how to gain bulk muscle weight? It all comes to the next three elements, follow my guidelines and the body of your dreams is only a matter of time.
So what is the number one element your need? Your mental will and drive.
Without it, don't even start! I am not talking New Years Resolution stuff here, I am talking vision, goal setting and beliefs that It can be done, not reasons and excuse as to why it can't be done.
How to brainstorm and write your power goal: Imagine what or who you want to look like, describe it, use a role model, be specific, your ideal weight, measurements.
Next, write 5 feelings of how you are going to feel when you get it.
Happy, excited?.
Then why is it important for you to achieve the body of your life? Write one or two positive reasons why you can't wait to achieve your goal.
Stick a realistic date for getting you goal, try for 3 to 6 months, and once again be specific on what day, date and month of the year.
Then write all this in one powerful and compelling goal that moves your and excites you each time you read it, which should be 1 to 2 times daily.
Tip: Write your goal as if you have achieved it in positive language.
If the goal does not instill belief in you, then re-write it.
You are what you eat, Unfortunately.
So if you think you are going to to see those six pack abs, by eating sugary refined junk, white processed breads, deep fried foods, cakes, and cookies then you can write your goal to look like the marsh mellow man.
If you don't know I am taking nutrition here, it counts for 90% of any training program.
So here are you guidelines, its simple, for fat loss, gain lean muscle or gain bulk muscle you HAVE to eat regularly 5 to 6 times a day at 2 to 3 hour intervals.
Eating regularly in smaller portion will sky rocket you metabolism to be constantly burning those calories.

Thirdly, you will need an exercise plan NOT an excuse.
There are an abundance out there, just Google exercise plans and see for yourself.

Basically when it comes to cardio, you need to enjoy running, cycling, rowing, swimming, whatever will keep you excited and aim for 2 to 3 sessions a week.
