Homemade Hookah

1). Dig out the top of the apple, taking out the stem and most of the core. Hollow it to create the hookah bowl, only this will be a hookah apple-bowl.
2). Push and twist the bottom of the apple onto the end of a short piece of garden hose. A hose of about 9 inches suffices. Push the apple on, making sure the hose can "breathe" through the end of the apple.
3). Insert the opposite end of the hose into the plastic bottle with water in it. The hose should only go about 3/4 of the way into the bottle, meaning it won't touch the bottom. Seal the upper end of the hose to the mouth of the bottle with plasticine.
4). Tilt the bottle so the water is away from the sides. Use a small heat source (such as a match or cigarette) to burn a small hole into the lower side of the plastic bottle. Insert the straw and seal with plasticine. Your hookah is now ready for use.
