A shapely set of women's legs will always turn heads.
(Men to admire and women to envy.
) An important part of well-formed legs are the calves.
Learn some tricks to shapely calves within three weeks.
Many body builders are frustrated with the lack of size in their calves.
Part of the problem with developing calves is that they are largely composed of muscle and tendon.
It is hard to bloat the area with blood vessels like one can with other body parts, like the upper arms.
Now, marathon runners and ballet dancers have well-developed calves due the the CONSTANT HIGH-EXERTION USE.
Most people do not have the time or dedication to train for this kind of development.
What I have seen work fast for women's calves is the following supplement to their routine.
Warm up.
Stand with the balls of your feet on a stair ledge or calf-raising machine.
Use a wall or hand rail for balance.
Lower your heels as far as they will go and then rise up as far as you can go on your "tip toes.
" If this is too difficult, start on a level floor.
Work up to 3 sets of 6 to 12.

if you can do 3 sets of 12, here is the calf carving routine: 6-12 reps toes straight forward.
Then, toes inwards.
Then, toes outward.
This last set will burn your calves all the way up to your butt muscles.
If you can do all three sets with NO rest in between, then you can add some weight or more repetitions.
To be effective, you should already be exercising regularly.
You will see some results if all you do is the calf routine three times a week.
But, your progress and overall appearance will be far superior to someone not training at all.
Genetics pending, of course.
